Your next breath.
Right here in your chat.
VirWave brings guided breathing into your assistant. Choose your app below for setup and current availability.
VirWave + ChatGPT
We’re finishing setup for the account-connected version of VirWave. A public install link is not available yet.
If you already use VirWave Breathe, you can keep using it. That existing app is separate from this new account connection.
How connecting will work
- Open VirWave from ChatGPT’s apps or plugins and choose to connect.
- Sign in to VirWave, review the requested access, and approve the connection.
- Return to your chat and ask for a breathing break.
VirWave + Claude
Account-connected setup is in preview. If you have a test invitation, follow these steps.
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. Choose to add a custom connector if your account has that option.
- Use the VirWave server address below. Preview testers may also need the client settings supplied with their invitation.
- Sign in to VirWave and approve access. Return to Claude and enable the connector in your chat.
Connecting a custom assistant?
This is VirWave’s account-connected MCP server address. Your assistant must support remote connections and VirWave sign-in. An address alone does not complete setup.

Preview access is still being tested. If your assistant asks for a client ID you haven’t been given, setup is not available for your account yet.
Once you’re connected
Try a simple request:
“Start a two-minute breathing break with VirWave.”
When the breathing player appears, press Begin to start. Account-connected sessions can be saved to your VirWave practice history.
You’re in control
Review the permissions before connecting. You can remove an assistant’s access from your VirWave account. Your app access and saved sessions stay.
