Add VirWave Breathe to Claude
Ask for a breathing break and a calm, animated VirWave session appears right in your chat. It waits for you to press Begin, paces your breath, and works on the web, the desktop app, and your phone.

Add it in one minute
- Open Claude (opens in new tab) on the web or in the desktop app, and go to Customize → Connectors.
- Select +, then Add custom connector.
- Name it VirWave Breathe, paste the address above, and select Add. Leave the OAuth settings empty.
- In any chat, say “Let’s breathe” or “I need a breathing break”. The first time, Claude asks you to connect or allow VirWave Breathe.
Once it’s added, it’s there on your phone too: open the Claude app and ask for a breathing break.
On Claude’s free plan you can add one custom connector. Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise can add more.
Using ChatGPT?
VirWave Breathe for ChatGPT is on its way. In the meantime, the VirWave app has every breathing session, on iPhone and Android.
Your privacy
VirWave Breathe needs no account and stores no personal data. We count anonymous usage, such as which assistant connected and which session ran, and never your IP address, device, identity, or how you said you feel. Read the privacy policy.
Sessions are for relaxing and resetting. They are not medical care. If you feel lightheaded, stop and breathe normally.
